In our constant quest for customer
satisfaction BPW introduces a Basic Photography Distance Learning Program
(BPWDL) for those who cannot travel to Bangalore. BPW has harnessed the
e-learning experience and expertise of co-founder AB Apana to build this program.
The syllabus for the program is as
follows:

a camera works
· Taking control of your camera (White Balance, ISO, image formats, camera
controls, shooting manually)
· Composition
·
How
to take your photography to the NEXT LEVEL.
Who is eligible?
Any person who has an advanced point an
shoot camera or a DSLR camera and who has access to a computer and the
internet. Ideally you should have your camera manual.
How the course is conducted?
Your instructor will give you 4
assignments. You have to take pictures and email them across to the instructor
who will then give you feedback on your images. You also have the opportunity
to call or SMS your instructors and to chat with them on messenger.
What is the duration of the course?
The course can be completed over a four
week period but you may extend this to a maximum of eight weeks. You need to be
able to spend at least two to three hours a week to shoot images, resize them
and email them to your instructor.
What about course material?
Since BPW believes in hands-on
experiential learning, participants will receive their course material AFTER
completion of the course.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, on successful completion of the
course you will receive a certificate of participation.
Can I interact with other BPW participants?
Yes indeed! BPW has a vibrant Facebook
community and you will meet many other participants there.
How much does it cost?
The course fee is Rs 5000/- and may be paid by online transfer
or deposited into
Axis Bank or ICICI Bank.
