BPW is organising a 2 day Nature & Landscape Photography Workshop at Chikmagalur on the 24th & 25th March, 2012.

The details of the workshop are :

24th January

To depart from Bangalore in an A/C Innova at 5am. ( You will be picked up from your residence)

Proceed to Chikmagalur & reach before 10.30AM. ( Breakfast on our way)

Check-in to your rooms.

Rest for sometime & sharp 11.30AM we start lessons on Basics of photography with photographing subjects around the coffee estate.

1.30PM – 2.30PM Lunch

2.30PM – 4PM Rest 

4PM  Tea/coffee

4.30PM We start driving towards Bandekallu in a jeep to shoot the sunset with a landscape of the scenic Chikmagalur in the foreground.

6.30PM Start driving back to the homestay

7PM Bonfire & group discussion

8.30pm dinner & retire for the day.

25th January

6AM sharp start driving to Kavikal Matt to shoot the sunrise with a foreground of the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary’s breathtaking aerial view. (Tea/coffee will be served here with cookies)

8.30AM Start driving back to the estate

9.30AM Breakfast.

10.30 to 12.30PM - Review of the images made on the trails

1.30PM – Lunch

2.30PM – 4PM Rest 

4PM  Tea/coffee

4.30PM We start the departure to Bangalore with a stop for sunset & a shooting time of 2hours.

9.00pm Take a break for Dinner on our way back

Reach Bangalore approximately by 11PM. (participants will be dropped at their residences)

Cost - Rs.9,000/- per person includes.

2 day workshop   (Field Session + Classroom Session)

This workshop will not have more than 5 participants with 1 instructors as we believe in giving personal  attention to each participant.

Fees include transportation from Bangalore & back, accommodation at Woodway Homestay on a twin sharing basis, all meals, entry fees, local ground transport & course material.
